We are Krishna Consultancy working with top IT and non-IT companies in the world currently one of my clients in Ahmedabad looking for below profile.

Company Location: Sola Bridge, Sola, Ahmedabad,

Current opening: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kanpur

Post: Service engineer (10 Person)

Experience : Fresher to 5 Year

Education: B.E. / ITI / I.C. /  E.C. / Elec.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking ownership of customer complaints reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system complaints.
3. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved complaints to the appropriate internal teams.
4. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
5. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until customer is satisfied with the solution and gets machine on.
6. Once a complaint is allotted by channel, acknowledge the customer. And obtain further details like type of complain and discuss action plan to solve it.
7. Ensure all complaints are properly logged.
8. Prioritize and manage several open complaints at one time.
9. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
10. Maintain jovial relationships with clients
11. Any task assigned by management.

Requisite Skills:

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical complaints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
