Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring a Workday Data Conversion Specialist to support a global implementation project. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading into Workday using tools such as EIBs, iLoads, and Workday templates. Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data conversion workstream for Workday HCM and related modules
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation , and reconciliation from legacy systems
- Build and execute EIBs, iLoads, and custom templates for mass data loads
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align conversion strategy with business needs
- Provide post-load validations, audit reports , and data issue resolution
- Support multiple cycles of mock conversions, cutover planning, and go-live support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Workday data conversion
- Proficiency in Excel, data transformation logic, and Workday-delivered loading tools
- Experience with HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking data sets
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of data integrity principles
- Prior experience with at least one end-to-end Workday implementation
