Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C content creation and will be responsible for producing clear, engaging content focused on our technology services. Key areas include ERP services (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud), RPA, Web and Mobile services, and AR/VR technologies. Responsibilities
Create high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, case studies, brochures, flyers, social media, and more.
Write technical and business-oriented content that simplifies complex technology concepts for a diverse audience.
Conduct thorough research and maintain ensure to detail to produce factually accurate and well-informed content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, design) to align content with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
Optimize content for SEO to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions while adhering to best practices for online visibility.
Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and a consistent tone and style.
Work with design teams to create visually appealing presentations and marketing collaterals.
Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools to measure engagement and effectiveness; adjust strategies as needed based on data insights.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to guide content
