POD Lead
Workstream lead for Asia countries in scope. Ownership of workstream schedule, deliverables & stakeholder management. Skills
Operating model assessment & design
Strong consulting toolkit & frameworks
workshop design, facilitation & synthesis with diverse client groups incl use of tools like Mural/Miro
Stakeholder management with empathy and solution-oriented mindset Experience
Experience running workstreams with multi country scope
Experience with blueprinting engagements is a prerequisite
Similar experience as Chris Barrett. In India, this will need to be a band 2.
