Exposure to Financial Services Domain
Knowledge of XML and HTML and experience with structured writing (DITA)
Experience developing SDK documentation
Excellent command of U.S. English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills.
Ability to write clearly and concisely using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation with equal facility.
Experience interpreting technical specifications, user stories, configuration files, code, and other technical documents as source material.
Proven ability to learn new products and technologies and to grasp technical material.
Experience with standard office and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office 2015 or later (Required); Adobe FrameMaker (experience with Structured FrameMaker a plus); Oxygen; Visio; and RoboHelp; as well as documentation preparation delivery mechanisms (e.g., online Help, Web help, PDFs, HTML, etc.).
Exposure to software development tools, including source control tools, and processes, including design, development, and quality assurance is a plus
Excellent English Communication skills Required Experience 3 to 5 years experience
