We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with over 8 years of expertise in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of marketing H1B, GC, USC, CPT, and OPT consultants, placing them with implementation partners, direct clients, and preferred vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment: sourcing, marketing, placing, and maintaining consultants on bench.
Expertly market consultants using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and vendor lists.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to close deals efficiently.
Ensure constant follow-up and communication with consultants, clients, and vendors.
Coordinate interviews, prepare consultants, and facilitate onboarding processes.
Stay up to date with immigration laws and market trends affecting bench sales and US staffing.
Provide guidance to junior recruiters and collaborate with the sales team to meet business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Experience working with H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, and EAD consultants.
Excellent knowledge of job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Proven ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
