Welcomes patients, Billing and visitors by greeting patients and visitors
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival.
Handle patient calls and book appointments
Manage walk in and booked patients.
Explain IVF process and charges to the patients
Counselling of patients
Billing Cash and Credit Card and generate invoice accordingly
Prepare daily collection report and submit to finance department every evening.
Coordinate with Doctors and Nurses for the purpose of diagnostics and other requirements.
Take active part in the departmental as well as cross-departmental training from time to time with approvals.
Ensure effective resolving of customer issues with follow up if required.
managing the patient flow and patient walk in

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in OPD Billing and Front Office activities in healthcare setup.
