Job Description
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for generating revenue through building and maintaining healthy business relations with existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs and initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Use data and analytics to assess program performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor program health and communicate progress to Management.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
- Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and processes to improve delivery efficiency.
- Responsible for design & deployment of Contest, Campaign, Rewards & Recognition payout / incentives schemes
- Liaison with all Stakeholders Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Operations teams in strategic as well as operational matters
- Execute projects across initiatives like customers experience, process improvement, vendor empanelment etc
- Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
Job Requirements:
- Graduation/ MBA
- 8 - 12 Years experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
- Exp in handling various channels
- Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
