Job Description
We are hiring for Recruiters for our office in Ranchi.
Experience : Minimum 1 year
Salary Range - 20K per month + Incentives
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with a strong consulting background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains like Manufacturing, Sales, and more, managing roles from entry to senior levels.
Key Responsibilities: .
- Source and screen potential candidates using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone, online, and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate closely with clients/Key Accounts to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various roles across different domains.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements with a focus on quality and fit.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using ATS or recruitment databases.
Experience Requirements:
- 1+ years of core recruitment experience, specifically in Non- IT hiring.
- Consulting or agency background, with exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Sales, and other sectors.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn and others tools for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems.
- High energy, target-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
