Job Description
Responsibilities:
- SOLARWINDS, DYNATRACE, OPSGENIE 8X5 Perform standard network device logical changes approved by Customer (e.g., IP address change, VLAN change)
- SolarWinds Module NPM, SAM & WPM administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintaining
- Configuring Application Monitoring & Web Transaction Monitoring
- Creating Customized Reports
- Managing Alerts Definitions
- Knowledge in Auto ticketing Integration
- Adding Nodes using different method like Agent, WMI,ICMP & SNMP
- Enabling Monitoring for services, database, URL & event monitoring
- Monitoring Linux processes, Oracle table space etc
- Creating Different Views and managing Views
- knowledge in Different type of Template
- Install, configure and customize SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems to meet organizational requirements
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of the tooling systems
- Collaborate with IT teams and to understand tooling requirements and design and implement solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting foring issues
- Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for tooling systems
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement within the tooling systems
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices related to IT tooling systems and make recommendations for improvements
Must Have Skills
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience managing and administering SolarWinds and
- Dynatrace tooling systems
- Strong knowledge of networking and technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance management concepts and best practices
- Experience scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Python
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good to Have Skills
- Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, reliable and results oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude
