For Freshers

Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English language (Versant 5)
Support on multiple regional languages (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc.) to cater to the growing needs of customers and to ensure Best Customer Experience
Persuasive speaking skills
Clear and brand appropriate written communication skills
Prior experience in sales (preferably auto sales)
Ability to handle pressure
Knowledge of retention and recall
Emotional stability and empathy
Speed and efficiency
Team player and problem solving attitude
Proactive, coordination with dealers
Updated and aware about products & its features
