Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing data, building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our data systems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in spreadsheet automation, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Perform regular data cleaning, validation, and consolidation from multiple sources.
- Automate repetitive tasks using advanced formulas, macros (VBA), and Google Apps Script.
- Manage large datasets efficiently and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate with teams to gather reporting requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Create visual reports and summaries for management and other departments.
- Maintain documentation for all spreadsheet processes and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, VBA).
- Strong experience with Google Sheets functions, conditional formatting, query functions, and Google Apps Script.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating Google Sheets with third-party tools or APIs.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
