Job Description

Production Management:

Plan and execute daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
Monitor press shop and fabrication operations including shearing, bending, punching, welding, and assembling.
Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across machines and operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of materials and minimize waste.

Quality Control:

Monitor production output for quality and adherence to specifications.
Implement corrective actions in case of process deviations or defects.
Coordinate with the Quality department for inspections and process audits.Role & responsibilities
