Job Description

SailPoint is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee and enhance our training infrastructure for delivering hands-on education , which includes cloud-based pods, tenants, and virtual machines . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, eagerness to learn, and exceptional program management skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining our training infrastructure for on-demand and instructor-led training . T he Technical Program Manager will also learn and master our Identity Security Cloud products and use these skills to enhance the learning experience. This role will require a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure our training infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and partner with cross-organizational stakeholders, including DevOps, Engineering, Customer Support, and others .
  • D rive the program plan across all phases of the training infrastructure program lifecycle to build profitable, learner-centric , hands-on education products.
  • A nalyze program K PI s to track , measure , and report on program success and outcomes .
  • Proactively monitor and optimize training infrastructure expenses and flag cost management concerns with leadership as they arise.
  • Establish , enforce, enhance, and document policies , processes , and workflows for managing tenants and virtual machines.
  • Continuously automate, scale and improve training infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Lead migration of the virtual machine program to a new cloud-based platform.
  • Own integration s of the training infrastructure with SailPoint s l earning m anagement s ystem and project management system .
  • Triage and resolve Identity University student support tickets arising from tenant and virtual machine issues.
  • Manage internal support processes and escalations with multiple teams, including DevOps, Engineering, and Customer Support.

Requirements :
  • 3+ years of experience in technical programs or related field.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and deep understanding of cloud computing technologies .

Preferred:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science , e ngineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with managing training or educational programs.
  • Experience with Identity Management .
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or SailPoint Iden tity Now
