Hiring: Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Location: Noida/Chennai

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with 6-12 years of experience in automotive parts (injection molding, painted, and BOP parts like metals and fabrics). The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality systems, supplier management, process improvement, and product testing in the automotive sector.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in maintaining IMDS.
• Experience in handling IATF.
• VDA 6.3, ROHS, EU-REACH

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automotive parts (injection molding, painted, BOP parts).
• Lead supplier quality reviews, APQP/PPAP processes, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Prepare and review Process Flows, Control Plans, and PFMEAs.
• Use quality tools like SOP, WI, G8D, RCA, CAPA, 7QC tools.
• Drive process improvements through LEAN, Six Sigma.
• Manage compliance with IMDS, PFAS, CBAM, and Conflict Minerals.
• Oversee product testing and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or similar).
• 6-12 years of experience in automotive quality assurance.
• Experience with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, supplier management.
• Familiarity with IMDS, PFAS, CBAM, Conflict Minerals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
