Job Description
- Work with executives and stakeholders to turn business vision and strategies into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Create business capability models and roadmaps to support strategic priorities and guide long-term planning.
- Develop and implement enterprise business architecture frameworks to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to align business needs with technology solutions.
- Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Establish business architecture governance, adhere to standards, and develop KPIs to measure the success of architecture initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and communication of Business Architecture techniques at Allianz Technology.
- Manage a Business Architecture knowledge base.
- Perform Business Architecture/Enterprise Architecture activities for strategic projects to meet business needs and goals.
- Strong knowledge of business capability modeling, process mapping, and enterprise frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK).
- Experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology, and proficiency in business architecture tools (e.g., Sparx EA, ARIS, MEGA).
- 8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles , with a total of more than 17 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, along with certifications like Certified Business Architect (CBA), TOGAF, or similar.
- Familiarity with Architecture Modelling Tools (e.g., ADoIT, Archimate).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with diverse audiences, including at the senior level.
