Job Description
Project Role: ServiceNow (OMT & FSM Modules) Software Test Engineer & Selenium with Java & TestRail.
Joining Timelines: Immediate Joiner Only.
Work Experience:
ServiceNow Testing experience of 5 to 10 years in ServiceNow CRM based BSS/OSS testing & experience of Java Selenium Automation.
- Experience in Telecom Domain is MUST.
- ServiceNow OMT - Order Management for Telecom Module experience is MUST.
- ServiceNow FSM - Field Service Management experience is MUST.
- Also having hands-on experience in TestRail Test Management tool is MUST.
- Experience in Selenium with Java Automation is MUST.
Work location: Hybrid.
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering.
Must Have Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of Testing experience in ServiceNow CRM - ServiceNow OMT - Order Management for Telecom & ServiceNow FSM - Field Service Management
- Experience in TestRail Test Management tool.
- Experience in Telecom Domain.
- Experience in Jira Tool - Defect Management.
- Hands-on-Experience Web UI, API & Mobile App Testing.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (OMT, FSM, GIS, TNI, TSM, TSOM & CMDB).
- Experience in Selenium with JAVA Automation for telecom domain.
- Experience in ServiceNow Migration Testing & Data Testing.
- Candidate must have worked on multiple systems/APIs, understanding the technicality and mapping between multiple systems- Integration testing
- Exposure to working in the Agile Delivery Model.
- ServiceNow or ISTQB Testing Certification .
Job Requirements :
- Working experience in testing functional Areas ServiceNOW (SNOW) CRM, Service Order Fulfilment (Order Management -OMT),FSM,GIS,TNI,TSM,TSOM & CMDB.
- ServiceNow Testing (Manual & Automation).
- Expert in ServiceNow OMT - Order Management for Telecom & ServiceNow FSM - Field Service Management testing.
- Identifying opportunities for test automation and overseeing the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using ServiceNOW & Selenium with JAVA.
- Proficient with Web UI, API & Mobile App Testing.
- Hands-On experience in designing and executing complex test scenarios, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- The ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
- Establishing and maintaining testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies as per testing standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
- Excellent knowledge on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to other test engineers in team.
- Overseeing the defect management process, including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
- Generating comprehensive test reports and communicating test results to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborating with project managers, development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Curiosity and eagerness to work in a collaborative and open team culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present results in a concise manner to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
