About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in testing across Salesforce platforms, Snowflake data environments, and SOQL-based validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong QA mindset, hands-on testing expertise, and familiarity with modern data and CRM ecosystems. Exposure to Gong and Tableau will be an added advantage.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables through comprehensive testing strategies across CRM, data integration, and reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications, including custom components, workflows, and Lightning components.
- Validate data integrity and transformation between Salesforce and Snowflake using SOQL and SQL queries.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform backend testing and data reconciliation for large datasets within Snowflake.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
- Support the QA process in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and defect triaging.
- If applicable, validate dashboards and reports in Tableau, and test conversational intelligence use cases via Gong.

Required Skills:
- 57 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong experience in testing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Proficient in SOQL and strong familiarity with Snowflake for backend validation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience in data validation and ETL testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard/report testing.
- Exposure to Gong or similar conversational intelligence tools.
- Salesforce certifications or QA automation experience is a plus.
