Prospect Identification - Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments.
Outbound Outreach - Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with prospects and introduce them to our SaaS products and services.
Lead Qualification - Assess the suitability of prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
Appointment Setting - Schedule qualified demos and meetings for our Sales Executives to engage with potential customers.
CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools .
Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Own the Sales Targets - Track and achieve monthly targets consistently.
What you must have?
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to work in US shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST) .
Sales mindset - passionate about outbound sales and lead generation
Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn .
Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.
