Senior Architect @ Technolutions Projects

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in pharmaceutical facilities, industrial buildings, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project responsibilities including design development, regulatory compliance, client coordination, and construction support.

Below key responsibilities we expect from him/her :

1. Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through execution.
2. Create detailed drawings, specifications for industrial and pharmaceutical buildings.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, MEP, and safety consultants.
4. Ensure designs meet client requirements, local building codes, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, FDA, etc.).
5. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and design integrity.
7. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve design and construction issues.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in industrial architecture.Role & responsibilities
