Job Title: Travel Consultant Hotel Engine (GDS)
Location: Jaipur, India
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory)
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week | Rotational shifts (24x7) | 9 hours per shift
Salary: Up to 6 - 7 LPA + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Travel Consultants with proven expertise in Amadeus GDS. The role involves handling travel bookings with a focus on flights and car rentals, ensuring high-quality service for global clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (B2/C1 level), customer-centric, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process domestic and international flight and car rental bookings using Amadeus GDS
• Deliver excellent customer support via voice/email/chat channels
• Modify, reissue, or cancel travel bookings as per client requests
• Maintain knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and GDS procedures
• Ensure accuracy in documentation, ticketing, and invoicing

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel process using Amadeus GDS
• Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 level)
• Proficiency in handling travel booking queries and itinerary management
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment)
• Ability to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)
