Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in F5, Citrix NetScaler, LB, WAF, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). Certifications from F5/Citrix and experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365 tools are a must.
