Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer (9-14 Years of Experience)
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Trivandrum
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 9- 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess core expertise in performance testing, with hands-on experience using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance testing efforts for applications, ensuring optimal performance under varying load conditions.
- Utilize performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload to design and execute tests.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
- Perform performance testing for AWS-based applications to assess scalability, reliability, and speed.
- Conduct performance testing for mainframe applications (experience with batch processing is a plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and ensure continuous integration.
- Utilize JIRA (or similar tools) to support agile methodologies in project management and issue tracking.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in performance testing (9-14 years).
- Proficiency in at least one of the performance testing tools (Load Runner, JMeter, Neoload).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics for performance monitoring.
- Experience with AWS applications, including performance testing in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with mainframe applications, especially in batch processing.
- Experience with MQ applications (Message Queue).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Postgres or MongoDB.
- Proficient in using JIRA or similar tools for agile project management.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and the ability to integrate performance scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with batch processing performance testing on mainframe applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration of performance scripts into the pipeline.
