Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (Technical support L1)
Qualification: B.tech, M.Tech, BCA,BE.IT
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Delhi

Broad Responsibilities:
A Tech Support Executive is a professional who provides technical assistance to customers who are experiencing issues with software, Platform or other technical products. Their primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may be facing.

Some of the key responsibilities of a Tech Support Executive include:

-Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
-Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, platform
-Documenting customer issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
-Collaborating with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
-Conducting research and identifying solutions to new technical problems.
-Maintaining and updating technical knowledge base and documentation.
-Escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
-Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical skill sets:


-My SQL Database
-Core Java
-Add On :: Basic Knowledge About Spring MVC Or Spring Boot.

 

Note: Immediate joiners are mostly preferable.
