Delivery Manager I IT Programmes (Application and Product Development) financial services

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior business stakeholders to align programme objectives with business needs.
• Delivery Management: Lead and oversee multiple complex IT programmes, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Over 15 years of experience in IT programme and project management.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile IT programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Strong expertise in senior business stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams, providing clear direction, and fostering commitment.
• Extensive experience in delivering multi-million-pound programmes using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Deep understanding of operating models and methodologies, including large-scale agile transformations.
• Skilled in managing internal teams, partners, and suppliers to drive successful programme delivery.
• Experience in Application Development and Product Development within financial services is a plus.
