Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment within the domestic market.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
