Job Description

Sales MIS To achieve assigned and agreed upon targets units && value during specific
financial year maintain a MIS data in Excel and Publish periodic reports of the same.
2. Financial MIS Share the report with the team and equip team with reports to achieve
targeted profits as specified
3. Maintain Manpower Hiring and Retail HR functions Reports in excel and portals
4. Ensure coordination between different departmental heads i.e. Front End, Finance, IT,
Marketing, Merchandising && HR and support them with their Structured and Ad-hoc
reporting requirements.

JOB Roles and Responsibilities:
To publish accurate and timely reports.
To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time.
Reports/dashboard generation && Publishing Daily / Weekly / Monthly.
Coordinating with Operations and other support groups. Measuring performance against set
KPIs.
Provides insight on highlights /challenges as input for course correction.
Continuous engagement with internal teams to identify analysis requirements, identify
process gaps and provide regular reports to improve the performance.
Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management.
Must Haves:
1. Worked for at least 2 years as a RETAIL MIS executive with any retail organization.
2. Having the flexibility to work in a startup environment is essential.
3. You must have completed professional courses in Microsoft Excel, etc.  
4. Age should not exceed 30 years
