Job Description

• Recruitment & Onboarding - Support the HR team in hiring, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• HR Documentation - Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and policy documentation.
• Employee Engagement - Help in organizing team events, including offsites, team bashes, birthday celebrations, and festivals.
• HR Projects & Initiatives - Collaborate with the HR team on strategic initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
• Process Improvement - Assist in streamlining HR workflows and policies to improve efficiency.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively to HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR tools (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
