Contract To Hire(C2H) Role

Location: Hyderabad

Payroll: BCforward

Work Mode: WFO

Job Title: Exchange Engineer(L3/L4)

Contract: 9 months (Possibility of extension).

No. of Positions: 1

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience Range: 3+ years.

Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM / 2PM - 11PM

Exchange On-Prem/O365 Exchange: L3, L4

Strong knowledge of Exchange Server on-premises 2016/2019, Exchange Online, and office365
Administration of email services, mailbox databases, and email security (IronPort email gateway security services)
Monitoring and troubleshooting of Exchange Server performance, connectivity issues and Daily health checks on exchange on-prem servers.
Good understanding on Office365, M365 licenses, Retention Tags, policies, and transport rules.
Monitoring and good understanding on hybrid mail flow and handling mail Queues.
Monitor mailbox quotas/space, litigation hold and eDiscovery.
Basic knowledge on exchange management PowerShell.
