Job Description
- Identify potential customers through on-ground surveys and other lead generation methods.
- Arrange and conduct 2-5 customer meetings per day to promote scheme sales.
- Present ORRA Fine Jewellery schemes to customers and address their queries effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers options based on their preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the features and benefits of ORRA Fine Jewellery.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Support and actively participate in local area activities, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent ORRA Fine Jewellery professionally and engage with potential customers at events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the management.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales and lead generation in the jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales and upsell products.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to conduct on-ground surveys and identify potential customers effectively.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and participate in events as required.
