Production and Supply Planning Manager

Production Planning

• Prepare Rough Cut Capacity review plan for upcoming month
• Prepare Monthly Production plan ( Own + intercompany products) split into weeks (in align with Replenishment plan),considering all possible production constraints in discussion with Production+ purchase+stores
• Prepare Day wise MPS (Master Production Schedule)

 

Supply Planning

• Prepare week wise calculated Replenishment plan basis current month opening stock + Buffer vs Forecast ( current month+ 2 month rolling)
• Decide the Replenishment priorities by Warehouse for Own product+ intercompany products.
• Make Vehicle load plan as per replenishment priority and coordinate with production planner to align the FG availability from Factory
