Job Description
Key Result Area
- Analyse, configure and resolve Pro stream issues in a timely and systematic manner as per SLA
- Giving solutions to OTRS as per SLA.
- Understand and analyse client requirement, and translate the requirements into a functional document and configure the solution in the product
- Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and manage expectations
- Participate in full life cycle of design, development and testing phases Identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance.
- Coordinate with cross functional team for on time project deliverables
Maintain requirements traceability and conduct functional testing against requirements
Participate in project planning, tracking, execution and documentation.
Job Description
- Understanding requirement from customers mainly for TOC (Theory of Constraint) and Supply chain Planning.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and having excellent analytical skills
- Experience seeing projects through the full SDLC life cycle, Preparing document, user help of the applications.
- Exposure of system integration, understand BODs (XML)
SQL, testing and QA processes understanding will be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle tight deadlines under pressure situations
- Ability to solve problems independently and provide guidance to the team members
- Ability to learn and apply learning to new situations
