  • Key Responsibilities : At least 6 years experience in supporting XSOAR and Infrastructure security management solutions - Platform Operational Support - Configure and maintain XSOAR instances to optimize automation and orchestration workflows - Provide ad-hoc support to IR SOC teams for usage and capability questions regarding SOAR platform -Integrate various security tools and technologies into XSOAR for streamlined incident response -Provide guidance on tuning playbook created by IR SOC team -Create/Modify Automations script Java Python to achieve required outcome -Integrate threat intelligence feeds and sources into XSOAR to enhance the detection and response capabilities - Handle ad-hoc field-mapping,
  
  
  • Technical Experience : - SOAR Activities -Experience in creation and customized complex playbookworkplan to support various internal clients in security -Working experience in the configuration and integration of SOAR Components -Exp in building and maintaining of SOAR knowledge objects dashboards, alerts, and reports -Ensuring SOAR License is not violated and taking preventive measures to keep automation running -Prior exp of SOC is added advantage - Knowledge on any EDR tool like CrowdStrike Falcon etc is an added advantage
