Job Description

: As a Business Finance Specialist at Schneider Electric, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for our operations in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide valuable insights, drive financial performance, and support strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Sri Lanka and Bangladesh operations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support the annual planning process by coordinating with different departments and providing accurate financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support business initiatives and process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
