What is our requirement?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of branding strategies and expertise in Organic / Paid social media handling. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth.
Role: Social Media Manager
Job Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience : 5 to 12 Years
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
- Write compelling, creative, and relevant content for social media platforms including Instagram,
- Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to gather content, plan
- campaigns, and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure all posts go live as per schedule.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
- Handle responses, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a focus on Organic / Paid social media.
- In-depth knowledge of branding strategies, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of Organic / Paid social media platforms and advertising tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and able to derive insights from campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
