Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities along with functional expertise in SAP FICO, MM, and PP/QM modules. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects, Experience in either FICO, MM, and PP/QM modules is must
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into project plans
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical and functional) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Track project progress, manage change requests, and proactively address risks and issues
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives
- Conduct regular project reviews, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with senior management
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Adhere to SAP best practices and project governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
- 812 years of experience in SAP projects with at least 3 years in a project management role
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO, MM, and PP/QM modules
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts
- Excellent project management skills including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience working in delivery models (onsite-offshore)
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations
