Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radware Load Balancer Engineer to join our team in Jui Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Radware load balancing solutions. This role requires expertise in network traffic management, security, and high availability configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Radware Alteon or other Radware load balancing solutions.
- Configure and optimize Layer 4-7 load balancing for high availability and traffic distribution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues related to load balancers.
- Ensure security policies and compliance standards are met within the Radware environment.
- Work closely with network, security, and application teams to optimize traffic management.
- Perform firmware updates, patches, and regular maintenance of Radware appliances.
- Automate and script configurations using CLI or APIs for better efficiency.
- Provide support for incidents and problems related to load balancing solutions.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Radware Alteon or similar load balancing solutions.
- Strong understanding of Layer 4-7 networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with SSL offloading, content switching, GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing), and traffic shaping .
- Knowledge of security best practices, including DDoS protection, WAF (Web Application Firewall), and SSL/TLS encryption .
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or REST APIs) is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise-level network infrastructure and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
