Job Summary:
Role: UX Designer
Mode of Hire: Full-time
Exp.: Min. 7+ Years
Responsibilities:
- The User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience of our software products. This role involves close collaboration with product management, technology teams, and a broad range of business stakeholders. The UX Designer will contribute to planning, designing, testing, and advancing the user experience, ensuring alignment with our product strategy and business goals.
- Must have Accessibility in testing, Accessibility in design, Accessibility in prototypes.
- Front end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards.
- Understand user goals, needs, and behaviors through user research and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Work closely with product management, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Design and deliver detailed UI specifications and interaction designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and meet industry standards for usability and inclusivity.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews, ensuring design and development alignment.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Continuously improve and iterate on the design processes and tools used by the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in UX Design and/or UX Research role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX design work with clear end-to-end process
- Ability to design responsive/adaptive web and mobile applications.
- Experience leading and/or observing user research and developing insights recommendations from findings.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, best practices, and approaches, particularly as applied to web-and mobile-based applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with UX Design Tools such as Figma/Figjam and User Testing software.
