Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team in the Journal Editorial Office, overseeing the publication process from submission to decision.
Manage and coordinate the workflow of editors, reviewers, and authors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of manuscripts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain editorial policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, nurturing the professional growth and development of team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in scholarly publishing.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and publication guidelines, promoting integrity and academic rigor.
Handle escalated issues and inquiries, maintaining a positive relationship with authors and reviewers.
Continuously improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to enhance productivity and quality

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Ph.D with specialization in computer science.
