Job Description

As a key member of our revenue generation team, the Business Development Executive (BDE/SDR) will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, building a robust pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the sales process. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to foster business growth.
Roles Responsibility:
The list of role and responsibilities of the Sr. BDE are as follows (please note this is general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties):
  • Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses to explore new markets within assigned regions/countries.
  • Build the sales pipeline by generating leads through personalized outreach to potential customers.
  • Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales enablement tools such as Apollo.
  • Initiate the conversation with Inbound Leads and move them into the further Sales Funnel.
  • Manage Channel Partner generated Leads and support them to drive the closures.
  • Design and implement communication sequences aligned with the sales process, from initial outreach to scheduling demos.
  • Monitor and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Foster relationships with prospects who drop off or are in the early stages, nurturing future business opportunities.
  • Ensure lead quality by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers based on established qualification criteria.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
  • Constant Follow-up to relevant teams for Lead status and Inbound Leads.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the B2B Technology sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven expertise in CRM ecosystems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence non-technical audiences with analytical insights and data visualizations.
  • This role is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).
