Job Description
- The Opportunity, as a UX Designer, you will be working with the Engineering Team to craft, develop and create satisfying or compelling user experiences
- Often drawing on results from user research and workflow analysis
- Generally, UX designers need to possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Areas of focus may include content, controls, visual design and development, information architecture and user research
- UX designers are expected to be self-directed but also collaborative
- Creativity, passion, and attention to detail are also keys to become successful in this field
- Working with Engineering Manager/s/Customers to understand the workflows to create an appropriate prototype for the product.
- To create wireframes/Mockup/ prototypes and screen flows.
- Developing personas and usage scenarios.
- Analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience.
- Assisting with content development when and where required.
- Conducting competitor and customer analysis to create a prototype with a focus on better user experience.
- You have a bachelor s degree in computer science or related field with excellent academic records.
- You come with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of extensive first-hand work experience in designing workflows, prototypes, and wireframes.
- You must have a sound working knowledge on tool like Figma, Adobe XD, IN Vision Studio etc .
- You must possess superb communication, time-management, and process-management skills.
- You can understand customers business requirements, capability to translate those business requirements to technology terms to create prototypes.
