Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
Monitor and record patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
Educate patients and families on health care plans and post-hospital care.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed.
Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical team members.
