Advanced Technical Services Team @ Icertis
Join our Advanced Technical Services team at Icertis where you will be responsible for resolving the most complex technical issues in Icertis Contract Intelligence SaaS platform which is a leader in CLM space. This team serves as the final line of defense for technical issues faced by customers and implementation partners. This team excels in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related with platform complex use cases and play a key role in rescuing customers from critical production issues.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical challenges - Address the most intricate technical issues within the ICI platform.
- Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve technical problems impacting customer use cases.
- Rescue customers - Assist customers in overcoming critical production issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management - Work closely with the core platform R&D team and product management team to ensure seamless functioning of the highly customized platform.
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on product development - Those who have been part of enterprise SaaS development.
- Customer facing - Worked as part of customer facing roles or worked closely with customer facing teams.
- Expertise in troubleshooting - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Problem solving skills - Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Log analysis skills - Proven skills in log analysis and the ability to locate issues in a short span of time.
- Team and independent work - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Collaboration - Past experience in working with R&D and product management teams.
