Job Description

Job Position : Sr Software Engineer (Digital / Chatbot Assistant) - final role will depend on candidate's experience and credentials
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location : Bhubaneshwar (Orissa) At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for rock stars for our SaaS products at our Bhubaneshwar office. We are hiring for Senior Software Engineers (Digital / Chatbot Assistant). Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from coding to team leads and architecture roles. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and development of high end, robust, scalable products that disrupt the market
• Technically-intense role with primary focus on building cool products in the niche domain of Financial Supply Chain Management
• Evolution into Principal Software Engineers and Team leads and beyond based on one's ability to demonstrate very strong technical expertise and project & people management skills

Skills:
Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech
Technology Stack: PL/SQL, Java, Struts

Must have:

• Experience in Dialogflow Training /NLP Research/ Chatbot Training/ Conversational AI Training/ Any other Digital Assistant Training
• Worked end to end on any NLP models
• Knowledge on RASA, Dialogflow
• Experience in training in chatbots and digital assistant
• Good at trouble shooting
• Good to have exposure in configuring the chatbots
• Struts or any java framework is good to have
