Job Description
Primary Responsibility
Description
Project Planning, execution and review/validation
- To Prepare and submit the project plan as per user requirement in consultation with seniors and/or vendors and/or User department/s.
- To Ensure execution of vendor based projects as well as develop in-house application and establish (train and resolve queries of employees) within timeline.
- To Review of various vendor-based project out-puts as per plan.
- To Create and maintain Periodic review schedules for all software in Veeda as per CSV (Computer software validation) SOP.
Vendor Coordination & Communication
- Technical evaluation of vendors in consultation with seniors, vendor negotiations (timeline, specification/features) and finalisation of project plan, communicate on routine basis and review progress
Operation & Maintenance
- To ensure performance of the application and maintain the same or periodic basis for in-house projects, coordinate with vendors for smooth operation and maintenance of vendor based applications.
Team Management
- Responsible to provide support and handle team grievance as & when required.
- Keep a check on departmental attrition and make efforts in reducing the same.
- To maintain healthy work environment in the department.
