Job Description

Core Deliverables and Accountabilities:

In the role of Intern Java Software Developer, you will help develop EITS solutions to ensure that they are fit to be implemented towards our customers. This role demands a high degree of accountability and will require someone who has an ability to work under both time and project pressures. An ability to work in a high security environment is essential.

Key Competences:

Excellent Attention to Detail
Self-driven & proactive
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Familiar with JDBC, JSP, SERVLETS, HTML, CSS.
The following Competencies are an advantage, but not essential: J2EE, Servlets, etc

Good working knowledge of JBOSS (or similar EJB containers)

Ability to work in an Eclipse environment

Knowledge of Unix & Linux

Knowledge of databases & tools

Knowledge of client/ server architecture
