Job Description

We are looking for a skilled RCE-Risk Data Engineer-Lead with 8-10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an eagerness to learn, and a keen interest in Financial Crime, Financial Risk, and Compliance technology transformation.### Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python and Flask.
  • Design and implement concurrent processing strategies and performance optimization for complex architectures.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Develop comprehensive test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Work independently to deliver features and fix issues, with some overlap for real-time collaboration.
  • Integrate backend services with databases and APIs.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional team members.
  • Participate in occasional team meetings, code reviews, and planning sessions.### Job Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional Python development experience.
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms).
  • Experience with Flask and Restful API Development.
  • Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in implementing interfaces in Python.
  • Familiarity with Python generators for efficient memory management.
  • Good understanding of Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib libraries for data analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of multi-threading and parallelism in Python.
  • Knowledge of Global interpreter lock (GIL) in Python and its implications on multithreading and multiprocessing.
  • Experience with SQL alchemy for database interaction.
  • Knowledge of implementing ETL transformations using Python libraries.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation techniques of list compressions in Python.
