Location:Mumbai

Experience:1 to 2 years

Key requirements

Should have very good ability to understand the functionality of applications developed for the client.
Should be able to provide L1 application support - understand and resolve non-technical issues
Should quickly understand the business functionalities and business processes with respect to the applications that he/she is expected to support. If the user is reporting an issue while using the application, this resource should be able to understand if there is any knowledge gap of the user with respect to the functionalities implemented or there is a flaw in the application that needs to be rectified by the technical team.
It is desirable that the candidate should have basic understanding of database.
Should be able to understand and execute basic DB queries to provide L1 support to the users
Candidate should have worked in this kind of a role for at least 6 months
