Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales of tiles adhesives products to customers in Dehradun region.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in ceramics or sanitary ware industry.
Strong knowledge of tiles adhesives products and their applications.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
