Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee journal entries, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and other related tasks.
Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the RTR process.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members on RTR best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or similar role.
Strong understanding of Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, GL Accounting principles.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
Candidates applying MUST be comfortable with Night shifts .
